01Litepaper
An AI that hunts Solana, with limits it cannot break.
HYDRA watches the chain around the clock, scores every setup the moment it shows up, makes one call, buy or skip, and has to clear hard risk checks before a single lamport moves.
TL;DR
- Five scouts watch for fresh launches, sudden buying, whales moving, online chatter, and tokenized stocks priced off their real share.
- JEV scores every call from 0 to 1 the moment it lands. Only setups that clear the bar reach the trader.
- One AI makes the call. HYDRA, the Hermes-powered agent, reads all the evidence together and answers buy or skip. Skip is a normal answer.
- Hard rails get the last word. Position size, daily loss, total drawdown and price drift are checked by deterministic code before anything signs. Break one and the trade does not happen.
- Exits never wait. Stop-loss, take-profit and trailing stops fire immediately, even if the AI is offline.
- Custodial, and upfront about it. Hydra holds your trading key. The custody whitepaper below spells out exactly what that means.
Why HYDRA exists
On Solana the window on a new coin is measured in minutes, and the tape never sleeps. Nobody can watch every launch, every wallet and every timeline at once. The bots that can are usually a single script with no brakes: fast in, and fast to blow up.
HYDRA splits the job in three. Something watches. Something decides. Something is allowed to say no. The part that says no is plain code that the AI cannot talk its way past.
How a trade happens
- 01Scoutsspot it
- 02JEVscores it, 0 to 1
- 03HYDRAbuy or skip
- 04Railsallowed or blocked
- 05Executionsigned, sent
- 06Exitsnever held
1. Five scouts
Five scouts run all day, each hunting one thing:
Scam checks run on what they find, including holder concentration, mint authority and liquidity, plus a fresh-wallet check on who is buying.
2. JEV scores every call
The scouts surface coins nonstop. JEV scores each one from 0 to 1 the moment it lands and attaches a one-line reason. Setups that clear the bar go straight to the trader. Everything else stays out of the queue, so the trader spends its time executing instead of sorting noise. Every score is logged with its ticker and reason.
3. One AI makes the call
HYDRA, the Hermes-powered agent, reads what comes through together, along with market intelligence from ClawPump: recent price change, holder count, turnover, and alpha-hunter and KOL buys. It gives one answer, buy this or do nothing.
ClawPump data is evidence, never a gate. Missing or stale data counts as no evidence, never as a pass. Data calls pay from their own wallet, with no access to trading wallets, under a hard daily spend cap for the whole platform.
The agent proposes. It never signs. HYDRA runs in its own process. It can write a proposal, but it cannot reach a key or the signing code. A separate system claims each proposal, re-checks it, sizes it, and only then executes it.
4. Execution and exits
Approved trades route as swaps through Jupiter. Every transaction is checked against a per-transaction spending cap twice before the key is even decrypted: once against what the trade says it will spend, and once against a bound worked out independently from the raw transaction bytes.
Stop-loss, take-profit and trailing stops fire the moment they are hit, in every mode, and are never held for approval. The position watcher keeps running even when the AI is down.
The rails
Before any money moves, Hydra checks its own rules. These are deterministic code, not AI judgement, and no proposal can waive them.
How big
A cap on any single position's size.
Daily loss
A limit on how much the account may lose in a day.
Total loss
A drawdown limit, backed by a kill switch that halts entries.
Price drift
A slippage cap on how far price may move while buying.
These limits are software running on Hydra's servers. They are not enforced by the Solana blockchain. The custody whitepaper covers what that means.
How it gets sharper
HYDRA runs on a loop, and every turn of it is recorded.
- Decide
- Read fresh scout evidence and submit a buy-or-skip decision.
- Measure
- Tag every decision to its active strategy and match it with resolved trade outcomes.
- Evolve
- Activate a new versioned strategy when the results support a coherent change.
- Enforce
- Re-check every proposal against the deterministic rails before any order can execute.
Hermes develops the trading style. Hydra independently controls risk, sizing, signing, execution and exits. Better strategy can change what HYDRA wants to buy. It cannot change what HYDRA is allowed to buy.
Tokenized stocks
Tokenized stocks are a core strategy, not an add-on. HYDRA watches a reviewed list of stock tokens for price gaps against their underlying shares, with four checks built in:
- Is the price right? The token is compared with the real share every time. If the gap is wider than the configured bounds, the position is rejected or reduced, however good the trade looks.
- Is the market open? Stock markets close overnight and at weekends. A strange price at 3 a.m. is treated as an empty room, not as news.
- What are you holding? A tokenized stock is not a share. The firms behind these tokens only redeem them for real shares for large institutions, and Hydra says so on your position.
- Is it really the stock? Anyone can launch a coin priced in a tokenized stock instead of dollars. That is a bet on the new coin, not the stock. The scouts label the difference on every candidate, and the AI is told which one it is looking at.
Accounts & custody
Paper or real money
Every account starts on paper: trades fill on a simulated ledger and nothing is signed on-chain. Real money is a separate switch.
Approval or Auto
Approval mode asks you on Telegram before each entry. Auto mode trades and alerts you after. Exits never wait in either mode.
Hydra creates your trading wallet server-side and holds its key, sealed with AES-256-GCM. Exactly one code path can decrypt it. That makes Hydra custodial: you are trusting Hydra with the funds in that wallet. The custody whitepaper lays out the mechanics and the threat model in full.
Fund your trading wallet with only what you accept being traded, and only what you could afford to lose entirely.
$HYDRA
$HYDRA is live on Solana. The dev supply is locked in a Streamflow contract, and 25% of creator fees buys back $HYDRA and burns it. The mint, the dev lock and every burn can be checked on-chain.

Lock figures are read live from the Streamflow contract through Hydra's engine. This is the only $HYDRA contract; anything else is not us.
Tokenomics
The allocation breakdown outside the dev lock has not been published. No figure is shown until it is.
Buyback & burn
25% of $HYDRA creator fees buys $HYDRA on the market, and the creator-fee wallet burns it. Each buyback and burn is one on-chain transaction. This is separate from the holder pool, which is 25% of x402 net, and trading fees are not involved.

$HYDRA is a crypto token, not an investment product, and nothing here is financial advice. A lock is an on-chain fact, not a guarantee.

Risks
- Trading crypto and tokenized stocks can lose you money, possibly all of it.
- Hydra holds your trading key. A bug, a compromised server or an insider could move the funds, and nothing on-chain stops that today.
- The AI can be wrong, and it reads data other people can influence. The rails limit how much a bad call costs, not whether one happens.
- A tokenized stock is a claim held through its issuer. The issuer could fail, and you cannot swap a token back for a real share.
