// $HYDRA · Access & fee tiers
$HYDRA is the key. Your Conviction Score sets your beta seat rank, your fee tier and your cut of the holder pool. It only counts your lowest balance over 7 days.
Buying in for a day doesn't move your score. Holding does.

// The score
Size points come from your lowest balance over the past 7 days. The time multiplier comes from how long you have held 1M or more. Multiply them. 15 is the ceiling.
Qualify: hold 1M+ $HYDRA for 7 days. Under that, there is no score.
Size is your 7-day low: 1M = 1 point, 2.5M = 2, 5M = 3, 10M = 4, 20M+ = 5.
Time is 1x from day 7, 2x from day 14, 3x from day 30.
Snapshots for ongoing tiers run daily at random, unannounced times. Round 1 closes at the published cutoff, and the 7-day low makes a late buy worthless.
// Fee tiers
Your Conviction Score cuts the fee on every leg your Hydra trades, from beta open. Up to 10% off, and the saving grows with every trade. A lower fee, not a payout.
Fees on that volume across both legs. Every tier can trade, and your score also ranks your beta seat.
// What a trade costs
The fee is charged on trade size, on the buy and on the sell. Most of it runs your Hydra's AI. The rest goes to the Hydra treasury. That's 2% per round trip before any discount.
0.60% of trade size pays for your Hydra's AI: the scouts, the calls, the inference. It is fixed, whatever your tier.
Your discount comes out of the treasury share (the gold sliver), never out of the AI that trades for you.
Pilot and Elder discounts and the fixed 0.60% AI share apply from beta open. The AI share is capped at $10 a day per account. Unused budget carries over for up to 7 days ($70). Anything above the cap goes to the treasury. Solana network, priority and slippage costs are separate.
// Holder pool · after beta
After beta, other AI agents can pay to use the Hydra skill over x402. Once that revenue clears its costs and two gates, a quarter of it goes to $HYDRA holders every month. It has not started, it can pay nothing for months, and it is not a yield. Here is exactly when it starts.
x402 net = gross x402 revenue − inference − RPC − facilitator fees, per calendar month
x402 net must reach at least $500 in a month.
Not met yetThree months of baseline costs must already sit in reserve.

Hydra never sends a link first. If a DM brings you a link, it is not us. We never ask for your seed phrase, and you never sign anything to get a seat.

The lock and burn figures below are read live from chain. If a read fails, they show --, never a guess.

---- of supply
Creator fees → 25% → buy $HYDRA → burn
Since --. This is 25% of creator fees, not the holder pool (25% of x402 net). Trading fees are untouched.
This is the only $HYDRA contract. Anything else is not us.
// FAQ
You can, but it won't help. Your size is the lowest balance over the past 7 days, so a late buy doesn't raise it. For Round 1 you need to have held 1M+ since Oct 6, 12:00 PT.
Your 7-day low drops with it. Size is measured at the lowest point, and time counts the days you've held 1M or more.
It gets you nothing. Seats are one per person, matched to your Telegram account, and the team merges linked wallets.
No. Scores are read from the chain. From Wed Oct 14 you can look up any score with just a wallet address. A signature is only ever needed if you dispute a result, and Hydra never DMs you a link first.
Not today. After beta, the holder pool pays 25% of x402 net once both gates are met. It can be zero for months, it is not a yield and its terms can change. Trading fees never go to holders.
Yes, on Streamflow. The dev lock (also called the founder lock) is read live above, including whether it can be cancelled. Check it yourself from the links.
No. The burn is 25% of $HYDRA creator fees, used to buy $HYDRA and burn it. The holder pool is 25% of x402 net. Different sources, different mechanics. Every burn is a transaction you can open on Solscan.
